Placing an order
Orders are accepted on a first come basis. Once the delivery slots are full for a given day, you will no longer be able to select that date for delivery and will only be able to pick the next available date from the calendar.
Additions to orders
Once you have placed an order and made a payment, you will have to place a new order for additional items. You can leave a comment for us mentioning your previous order number and we will try our best to have the orders delivered together. However, if our ovens are full then we will deliver the orders individually. Send us a WhatsApp message on 9971848074 and we will try our best to sort it out.
Allergies/intolerances
If you have any allergies or food intolerances, please ensure that you write those down in the comments section and check the box for allergies/intolerances at checkout. If you would like to place a special order – then fill the query form for custom orders (see below)

Cancellations
Once orders are placed, they can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. Refunds cannot be offered beyond that because we begin procuring ingredients and preparing your order.
Cancellations prior to 24 hours will levy a 10% cancellation fee.
Gifting/Ordering for someone other than yourself
If you are ordering for delivery to someone other than yourself, please enter their name, phone number and address for delivery.
Notes or cards for gifts
If you would like to include a note with your gift to someone else, please write it in the comments section and we will write it on a card and send it along with the order.
