
Immunity booster

Ingredients
1-inch piece of ginger
1-inch piece of fresh turmeric
4-5 cups of water
1 tsp of lemon juice
0.5 - 1 tsp of honey
Directions
- Put an inch of ginger and fresh turmeric in a pot with 4-5 cups of water over medium heat
- Bring to a boil and reduce the flame to low and simmer for an additional five minutes
- Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and 1 tsp of honey
- Strain into a cup and drink warm
