
Vegan Brown Rice Crackers

Our gluten-free brown basmati rice flour is a kitchen staple for us.
Itʼs a substantial source of calcium, zinc, and fiber, and is known to facilitate digestion.

VEGAN BROWN RICE CRACKERS by @earth_oven_bakery
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brown rice flour
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1-2 tsp pumpkin/sunflower/sesame seeds (optional)
WET INGREDIENTS:
1⁄2 cup water
2 tbsp oil (coconut or a neutral oil like canola or vegetable oil)
1 tbsp maple syrup
STEPS:
- Preheat your oven to 218-degree celsius
- Combine dry ingredients
- Combine wet ingredients
- Mix dry and wet ingredients to form a ball of dough - if the dough is crumbly, add more water, 1 tbsp at a time
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until the crackers are golden brown
- Cool and enjoy!
