Vegan Brown Rice Crackers

VEGAN BROWN RICE CRACKERS by @earth_oven_bakery


DRY INGREDIENTS:

1 cup brown rice flour
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp sea salt
1-2 tsp pumpkin/sunflower/sesame seeds (optional)

WET INGREDIENTS:

1⁄2 cup water
2 tbsp oil (coconut or a neutral oil like canola or vegetable oil)
1 tbsp maple syrup

 

STEPS:
  1. Preheat your oven to 218-degree celsius
  2. Combine dry ingredients
  3. Combine wet ingredients
  4. Mix dry and wet ingredients to form a ball of dough - if the dough is crumbly, add more water, 1 tbsp at a time
  5. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper
  6. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  7. Bake for 8-12 minutes until the crackers are golden brown
  8. Cool and enjoy!
